I would be interested if I fit your needs. I am about to start on a for van with a 7.3 NA, as well as either a merceds sedan or a 6.2l Blazer.

I have not done any WVO or biodiesle conversions before, but I am an ASE certified diesel technician.

Hi, Dana

This is 240Volvo (Clay) here, and I would be interested in Beta-testing the 12V heated fuel line, as a heated fuel line is not part of my installation. To remind you, I run an Elsbett single-tank system.

Hope this helps!

I want to convert my 1997 Chevrolet Suburban with a 6.5L. turbo. I have been reading for quite some time and I have decided it not a matter of if, but when I convert. Please consider me for any items that you may be able to help with.

I would like to test the 12v heated fuel line. I have installed just the one Greasecar kit in my 2004 Golf, planning to do many more. Also, I just bought the FPHE and was planning to get a VegTherm, so this is a natural step.

thanks!

Dana,
I have a 98 E300 TurboDiesel which has just had a Greasecar kit (with co-pilot) professionally installed. I am not happy with the heat produced as are many GC customers I am told. I would be interested in testing the 12v heated fuel line  as this would be a logical add on to my existing system. My car has a 120 amp alternator so additional electrical load will not be an issue.

Thanks

Dana,

I Have the valves ordered for conversion of my 12v Dodge. Need Injector line heaters and a heater for my Fuel filter. I was going to use coolant wrap for the filter and line between the filter and IP. If the fule line product will work between the filter and IP, I would like to beta test. I will check your site for the injector line heaters. I have converted the Mercedes 240D. I have a 300CD but that conversion is way down the list.

Dana, I have about 20k grease miles on my designed and built system in a 86 300SDL. My OEM tank is being used for VO with an Arctic Fox. I'd be most interested in testing out your coolant based pickup if it draws fuel through the stock opening on the bottom of the tank.

OK folks I will be meeting with the components group tomorrow and will pass on your requests.

cumminscanuck ,pasotx ,Muleears ,neurot ,volvo240 ,
I need to clarify regarding the 12vdc heated fuel line.
This is very low amperage line and is not intended to add much heat to the fuel as it passes through. It is mainly intended to quickly liquefy VO in the fuel line.

grindmarc ,kcpilotpat ,

The coolant heated tank outlet heater DOES heat the existing tank outlet and you do not lose your fuel level sender.

Hi, Dana

Understood. I did not expect much more, but every increment contributes to the sum. Thanks!

Excellent! Assuming I don't run into any issues with differing hose sizes, I should be able to get it up and running within a week.
